Where BBQHub processes personal data on behalf of an event organizer, such processing is generally carried out only on the documented instructions of the organizer.

10.2 Data Processing Agreement

Where processing on behalf of a customer takes place, an appropriate Data Processing Agreement is concluded with the relevant customer.

11. Retention Periods

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by statutory or contractual retention requirements.

Following deletion from production systems, personal data may remain contained in backup copies for a limited period.

During this period, such data is not used for ordinary processing purposes and is overwritten or deleted as part of the regular backup lifecycle.

Where LevITec by Zauner acts as the controller, any required notifications to competent supervisory authorities and affected persons will be made where applicable.

According to the current configuration, BBQHub uses technically necessary cookies or comparable storage mechanisms.

18. Automated Decision Making and Profiling

According to the current configuration, BBQHub does not use solely automated decision making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR that produces legal effects concerning a person or similarly significantly affects that person.

BBQHub does not conduct profiling for advertising purposes.

Automated calculations of evaluations, scores, and rankings within BBQ events are used for the technical execution of the respective event and are based on rules and information provided by organizers and users.

BBQHub may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

The respective third party is generally responsible for processing carried out through those external services.

The privacy information of the respective provider applies separately.

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated where circumstances change, including in particular:
